THE Delta State Government has embarked on a drainage system project in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area.
Residents who spoke to our correspondent on the project remarked that the execution of the project was a very welcome development.
A resident and indigene of Anambra State, Madam Alice Okafor noted that Deltans should be happy to have a project-oriented governor who knows the yearning of its people.
Another respondent, Felix Imoniorho also commended Delta State, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as he stressed that with the pace at which he was going in terms of development, the state will be ranked one of the best-developed in the country after his second tenure in office.
