THE Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) says it has concluded plans to host a national town hall meeting aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement in tertiary education sector.
This is contained in a statement in Abuja, yesterday, by Dr Mansur Liman, Special Assistant to the Chairman of the TETFund Board of Trustees.
Liman said that the event scheduled to hold on Wednesday in Abuja, would be chaired by the Chairman, Board of Trustees, TETFund, Alhaji Aminu Masari.
He said that the meeting would provide an avenue for open dialogue between TETFund and key education stakeholders.
According to him, the meeting will also highlight the Fund’s achievements and impact on Nigeria’s tertiary education landscape.
”This initiative underscores TETFund’s commitment to accountability and inclusiveness in the discharge of its mandate.
”This town-hall meeting will serve as an important platform to bridge the gap between TETFund and the Nigerian public, ensuring that our mandate and interventions are better understood and appreciated nationwide.”
