THE Delta State Police Command has arraigned one Anyafulu Ikechukwu and two others, all males, for stealing a smartphone, Techno spark 7.
They are currently facing two count charges in the Asaba magistrate court, with charge sheet number CMA/57C/2023 in the Asaba magisterial district Count one reads: ‘’That you Anyafulu Ikechukwu ‘m’ and two others now at large on February 11, 2023 in the Asaba magisterial district did conspire among yourselves to commit felony to steal and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 516 of the criminal cod cap C21 vol.
Law of Delta State Nigeria’’ According to count two, ‘’That you Anyafulu Ikechukwu and others on the same date, place and time in the aforementioned district did steal one Techno spark 7 valued the sum of N68, 500, property of one Mr Jonathan Nwebasi thereby committed an offence punishable under section 390 (9) of the criminal code cap C21 vol. 1 laws of Delta State, Nigeria 2006.
The three defendants are facing court charge brought against them as of the time of filling this report.
