Police Arrest 25-Year-Old Man With Fresh Female Breast In Anambra

ANAMBRA State Security Security operatives have ar­rested a 25-year-old man, identified as Samuel Eze, for being in possession of a fresh female breast. The arrest was made in Awada, Obosi, at the weekend.

According to the Anam­bra State Police Com­mand, the arrest was made at approximately 3:30 p.m. by a Joint Secu­rity Team comprising of­ficers from the Awada Po­lice Station and members of the Anambra Vigilante Group (AVG). The suspect was apprehended during a routine patrol along Jude Onyekwere Street in the Awada area.

Police spokesperson, SP Ikenga Tochukwu, confirmed the arrest in a statement. He reported that the breast was im­mediately recovered and deposited at the morgue for preservation.

The suspect, Samuel Eze, is currently under­going interrogation, as police investigations continue with a view to prosecution.

In a separate incident, police officers attached to the Rapid Response Squad, acting on credible intelligence, rescued a kidnapped driver at ap­proximately 12:45 p.m. on Friday, July 4, 2025.

During the operation, the officers also recov­ered a truck loaded with custard powder valued at ₦9,500,000 .Three male suspects were arrested in connection with the kid­napping and theft. They have been identified as Udegenyi Ugochukwu (38), Anayochukwu Okonkwo (47), and Good Odigili (47).

During interrogation, the suspects confessed that the consignment was originally meant to be delivered to a warehouse in Asaba, Delta State. However, they ab­ducted the driver, tied him up in a bush, and diverted the goods to Enugwu-Uk­wu.

The Anambra State Police Command also reports the recovery of a suspected stolen and abandoned vehicle: a custom-coloured Toyota Sienna with registration number 736 JP.

The vehicle bears the inscription “Forum of Ac­countants, Delta State.”

It was recovered by of­ficers from the Obosi Police Division at about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025, during a patrol along the Okpuno–Umuota Village road in Obosi.

The Command is calling on any individual or group who may be the rightful owner of the vehicle to come forward with valid proof of ownership for veri­fication and possible col­lection.

The Anambra State Police Command assured resi­dents of its continued com­mitment to public safety and crime prevention.
