THE Executive Director of Projects on the Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Olorogun Dr Ebenezer Okorodudu has congratulated the Obi of Owa Kingdom, Emmanuel Efeizomor II, on the occasion of his 88th birth anniversary. The congratulatory message was contained in a statement issued in Warri yesterday and made available to the media.
In the statement, Dr. Okorodudu described the revered monarch, popularly known as the Obi of Owa, as a symbol of wisdom, stability, and visionary leadership whose reign has brought honour and progress to Owa Kingdom and Delta State at large. He commended the monarch’s long-standing commitment to peace, unity, and the cultural preservation of his people.
He noted that the 88th birthday of the respected royal father is a remarkable milestone that reflects a life dedicated to service, traditional leadership, and community development. He said the monarch’s contributions to the growth and harmony of Owa Kingdom have continued to inspire both present and future generations.
Dr. Okorodudu further praised the royal father for his fatherly guidance and moral authority, which he said have helped strengthen communal relationships and foster sustainable development across the kingdom and beyond. He added that the monarch remains a respected voice in the advancement of traditional institutions in Nigeria.
