THE Chairman, Ika North East Local Government, Hon. Monday Odigwe has said that the newly constructed Otolokpo Market has been fully completed and is now ready for commissioning.
Odigwe disclosed this during his inspection visit to the project site, where he commended the construction team for their dedication and for completing the project in less than two months.
The modern market features 20 lock-up shops, 60 open shops, and eight large open sections, designed to comfortably serve every quarter of Otolokpo community and other traders from neighbouring communities.
The people of Otolokpo Kingdom, who were quite impressed with the development, appreciated the local government Chairman, for the transformation of the market site.
‘’God will bless Hon. Monday Odigwe for coming to our aid. Otolokpo now has what is truly called a market,” the residents expressed joyfully.
