THE All Progressives Congress (APC) Ika South Ward 11 held its monthly general meeting at the Idumu Ugbo Community Hall, Ogbe-Obi, Abavo, attracting a massive turnout of party faithful and stakeholders.
The meeting was graced by the presence of notable figures, including the Commissioner for Power and Energy, Hon Sunny Tatabuzogwu.
In his opening remarks, the APC Ward 11 Chairman, Mr Lucky Osaigbobu, expressed gratitude to attendees for their overwhelming support. He stressed the importance of collective effort in driving the party’s growth and success.
Mr Osaigbobu also announced plans to inaugurate coordinators for men, women, and youths in various quarters to strengthen the party’s structure and prepare for future elections. He charged the newly inaugurated coordinators to work diligently and champion the party’s cause.
The Commissioner for Power and Energy, Hon Sunny Tatabuzogwu, commended the ward chairman for his exceptional leadership and encouraged members to rally behind him for optimal success. He underscored the importance of unity and brotherly love within the party, urging members to work together as one indivisible family.
Hon Tatabuzogwu also tasked the newly inaugurated coordinators with driving the party’s expansion in their respective quarters.
Other speakers equally stressed the need for unity and cooperation to bolster the party’s chances in future elections.
The highlight of the meeting was the formal inauguration of men’s, women’s, and youth coordinators, referred to as marshals, for the various quarters in Ward 11.
