SPEAKER, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, has congratulated Senator James Manager as he marks his 65th birth anniversary.
The speaker in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Nkem Nwaeke, described Senator Manager as a distinguished public servant and a pride of Delta State, particularly the Ijaw nation.
Rt Hon Guwor stated that the milestone birth anniversary of Senator Manager is worth celebrating, as it is a celebration of life, legacy and commitment to national development.
The Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, felicitated with the former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, even as he acknowledged his dedication to peace, unity, support for the state legislature and good governance in Delta State.
Rt Hon Guwor who is the National Treasurer, Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria, wished Senator Manager more remarkable life, filled with cherished memories.
