THE people of Ubulu-Okiti Kingdom in Aniocha South Local Government Area are set to witness a historic moment as they prepare for the coronation and presentation of the Staff of Office to their new traditional ruler, HRM Agbogidi Michael Ogechukwu Osemedua Isichei.
The event, which promises to draw sons and daughters of Ubulu- Okiti from across the globe, as well as friends and well-wishers, marks a significant chapter in the kingdom’s rich heritage.
The celebrations are scheduled to span two days. The first day, August 21, 2025, will feature the official coronation ceremony, while the following day, August 22, 2025, will see the presentation of the Staff of Office to the new Obi, a symbol of authority and continuity in the kingdom.
Both events will take place at the Ezemu Royal Palace, Ubulu-Okiti, commencing at 10:00 a.m.
