THE President-General, Uvwie General Improvement Union (UGIU), High Chief Hope Erute, has stated that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori‘s groundbreaking ceremony on the Warri-Sapele-Benin Dual Carriage Way has put his detractors to shame.
Erute, who is also the Isirerha of Etche R’ Alegbo (traditional administrative unit) in Uvwie Kingdom, stated this is an exclusive media chat with our correspondent at his office last weekend.

Erute, who bears the title of Oviemo of Uvwie Kingdom, stated that as the President-General of Uvwie General Improvement Union, he was delighted by Governor Oborevwori’s numerous achievements in Uvwie local government area.
He also added that other Deltans and Nigerians that were residents in Uvwie local government area were also beneficiaries of the laudable achievements of Governor Oborevwori.
The President-General of UGIU assured that Uvwie people would give their maximum support to Governor Oborevwori in 2027.
Erute, who is also a member of Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council also urged other non-indigenes in the local government area and indeed all Deltans to give their maximum support for Governor Oborevwori in 2027 to reciprocate his gesture of positive transformation of Delta State, to enable him to do more.
