THE Delta State Governor, Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has approved a seminar/workshop for the Delta State Community Newspapers publishers.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Oborevwori on Community Newspapers, Comrade Prince Orhomonokpaye.
Orhomonokpaye said that the seminar would hold on May 20, 2025 in Asaba.
According to the statement, the event, which would be strictly by invitation will feature the Rector, Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe Oghara, Prof Ufuophu-Biri, as he will deliver a lecture on adequate reporting of the MORE Agenda achievements of Oborevwori administration.
It also revealed that the training was to enhance their reporting skill on the local media and commemorate the governor’s 2nd year anniversary on May 29, 2025, in order to braze up with modern technical skills of reporting and educating the people at the grassroots in their various communities.
