THE Chairmen, National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) in Aniocha North Local Government Area Branch A and B, Prince Francis Obi and Comrade Lucky Ochei, respectively, have applauded the Chairman of the local government, Hon. Emma Chinye for his ability to provide good leadership to the people.
The Chairmen expressed profound gratitude to the chairman whom they described as ‘the man we know’, saying that Chinye demonstrated commitment in his administration’s vision to rebuild Aniocha North Local Government Area.
They commended the chairman for providing a motor park in the ultra -modern Market in Issele-Uku, including other projects spread across the communities in the area by his administration, while commending his efforts to restore peace and curb crimes in the metropolis.
Speaking to The Pointer, Prince Francis Obi said that the local government area had taken a different look because Chinye embarked on beautification of the entrance to the local government and the people of Aniocha North were already feeling the impact of his governance
Prince Obi further stated that Chinye had performed well in various sectors such as education, transport, health, agriculture and above all, beautification of the local government Secretariat in Issele-Uku.
He disclosed that Chinye had been supportive to the youths, encouraged sports development and appointed reasonable number of persons across the local government area to help achieve his mandate to rebuild Aniocha North.
Prince Obi urged the people of Aniocha North to continue to support the Chairman for more transformation of the area.
