Agbor Flyover Bridge: Alibioba Community Lauds Oborevwori

..Promises Massive Support in 2027 Election

Residents of Alibioba Community, Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State have appreciated the State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori for the award and ground breaking ceremony of the N59.3 Billion Flyover Bridge in Uromi Junction axis of Agbor.

Speaking on behalf of the residents during the ground breaking ceremony held Monday in Agbor, the Chairman, Landlord/Landladies Association in the area, Elder Anthony Osafele said that the award of the flyover by the current administration in the State, was a clear testament of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s detribalised leadership credentials.

Elder Osafele, in a statement made available to The Pointer at the event, noted that the State Governor, through the award and commencement of work on the Multi-Billion Naira Flyover project in the area, has shown commitment towards alleviating the suffering of the people, particularly residents and commuters within the Uromi Junction axis.

In the statement jointly signed by unit chairmen of the Association who included; Mr. Stephen Aminu, Mr. Clement Onyisi Ihiale, Mr. Friday Ogorchukwu, Alhaji Uba Hassan, Mr. Chuks Okorie, Mr. Gabriel Ekwuazom, Mr. Tunde Egede, Mr. Alex Ugbodu and Mr. Frank Osayeme, Elder Osafele assured that given the development, the people have resolved to queue behind the Governor in the 2027 elections.

The Statement reads inter alia; “On behalf of the entire residents of Alibioba Community, Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, we, Members of Landlords/Landladies Association (General) of the Community, heartily Welcome our Dear Governor -The Peoples Governor, Rt Hon (Elder) Sheriff Francis Orehwedor Oborevwori to Agbor for the ground breaking ceremony of the historic flyover in Uromi Junction axis of Agbor.

“Your Excellency, this project has further demonstrated your commitment to the infrastructural development of the State, particularly Agbor

“This project is indeed, dear to us as a people as it would go a long way in reviving the economic and commercial live in the area.

“Your Excellency, Thanks much more for the twin-road projects; The Obi Road and, UBE road flood control projects awarded. Sir, we can’t thank you enough because, we can now heave a sigh of relief following the ongoing construction of the twin-road project”
