EXECUTIVE Director of Projects (EDP) on the Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Olorogun Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on his emergence as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria.
