Group Adopts Tinubu, Oborevwori For 2027

A socio-political group known as Delta People For Tinubu-Sheriff 2027, led by its Chairman, Engr Prosper Adjerese, has held its maiden meeting in Ughelli North Local Government Area.

In attendance were prominent grassroots party lead­ers and chieftains across the 25 local government areas of the state.

Delta People For Tinubu-Sheriff 2027, is a strong and formidable grassroots political group with 25 elected coordinators and secretaries across the state, as well as state executive members.

The Secretary of the group, Comrade Sunny Utuedor, urged group members to be steadfast and committed to President Bola Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborev­wori’s Renewed Hope for MORE Agenda, noting that it’s a transformational government.

Furthermore, it was also agreed that the leadership of the group should work to bring more persons, especially female youths into the group structure, and mobilize its members to register in the online All Progressives Congress (APC) registration.

In an affirmative decision, the Coordinator of Ughelli South, Hon. Julius Atiku, moved a motion for the vote of confidence on President Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, for the adoption as the sole candidates in 2027 elections.

The motion was seconded by Ughelli South women leader of the group, Mrs. Kesiena Itihwe, and was unani­mously endorsed by the group, emphasizing that both leaders have done well, and therefore deserved a second term in office.

In the same development, the state women leader of the group, Mrs. Beauty Akpoyibo, encouraged all members to continue to support the administration of President Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori.

The local government areas coordinators who spoke in the same line are Chief Peter Anighoro (Okpe ), Barr E Koinyan (Patani), Comrade Godspower Osiobe (Isoko South), Mrs Nnaji Edith (Oshimili South), Ms Sandra Akpoguma (LGA woman leader and GodswillEdon. (Warri South)

Others are Odioko Kingsley (Sapele), Mrs Metete Loveth (Asst. Women Leader), Eghwrudjakpo Iribo (Uvwie), Chief George Okparume (Ethiope East), Hon. Felix Olokpa, (Ughelli North), amongst others.
