THE Director -General Delta State Contributory Health Commission, Dr. Isaac Akpoveta, has called on management and staff to remain dedicated to achieving the Commission’s vision and objectives.
He made the appeal during a surprise event organized by the directors to celebrate his birthday, which took place during a meeting at the Commission’s headquarters.
Dr. Akpoveta expressed gratitude to the directors and staff for their contributions to the successes recorded in the state’s health insurance scheme.
He emphasized the need for increased commitment, urging everyone to put in extra effort to drive the Commission’s policies in alignment with the Delta State government’s MORE agenda. He further stressed the importance of teamwork in strengthening the state’s health insurance scheme to ensure its sustainability and effectiveness. Akpoveta reassured staff of DSCHC of his unwavering commitment to the Commission’s mandate, vowing to continue working tirelessly to improve healthcare services for all Deltans.
During the celebration, top officials of the Commission praised Dr. Akpoveta for his leadership, describing him as a calm, hardworking, and selfless mentor who has positively impacted the organization.
