DAVIDO has sued Sophia Momodu, the mother of his first child, to secure full custody of Imade Adeleke, their daughter. Punch reports that Davido filed a motion through his lawyers, Olaniyi Arije and Okey Barrah, at the Lagos High Court The singer is seeking a court order granting him “unfettered and unrestricted access” to Imade who is aged nine.
The case with the number “LD/1587PMC/2024″ lists Davido as the applicant and Sophia Momodu as the respondent. The motion is supported by a 44-paragraph affidavit from Davido detailing the history of their relationship and his ongoing efforts to provide for their daughter.
